Matthew West is the owner of Aegis Training and Consulting LLC. He has over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, safety, and security. He has served in a capacity as a state police officer, railroad police special agent, risk manager, investigator, director of investigation and a security director. Matthew currently serves as a full-time peace officer and training coordinator for a Central Texas school district.
